Kate is a strategic architect and organizational builder with a 25-year record of developing leaders, guiding candidates, and strengthening movements. As founder of Rise Above Strategies, she helps early-stage organizations, founders, and campaign teams build the systems, leadership pipelines, and cultural foundations needed to grow with clarity and purpose.

Her experience spans electoral strategy, candidate coaching, advocacy, and coalition development. Kate has a rare ability to organize large, complex structures while communicating with precision to the audiences that matter. That approach has contributed to electing nearly one thousand leaders at every level of public office, evidence of her discipline, strategic instinct, and deep understanding of what moves people into action.
