In addition to her 25 years of electoral, advocacy and movement building experience, Kate helps women founders and partnerships turn successful businesses into valuable companies by aligning strategy, team, and financial systems so they can grow with confidence or exit on their terms. Kate’s superpower lies in her deep connection to people—she is energized by human connection and driven by a desire to help others reclaim joy and purpose. Growing up with physical and learning differences, Kate developed a profound resilience and compassion that now infuses her work.
